Taking the scientific world by storm this week, a team of Swedish scientists have presented their findings through a published report on the extinction of all forms of Jam by the year 2015. The report comes in light of an earlier finding by a Norweigen research group that noted the heavy decline in jam based products avaliable on the market back in 2006.
Extracted from the Swedish report on the coming extinction of Jam reveals the extent of the decline:
“Over the past four years there has been a 900% decline in jam products on the market as a direct result of global warming, with a continued decline at a consistent rate, all Jam will be extinct by 2015.”
It’s not completely unexpected either, back in 2006 when we published an article about the Norweigen research group, a large number of our readers wrote in commenting on how difficult they find it to purchase
jam, with supermarket shelves almost completely bare in certain countries.
One comment in particular back in January 24 of 2006 resounded with a large number of people, from a Mr. Pora of France who wrote:
“I used to adore Jam, I had it on everything from toast to my croissants. Now it seems that if you want to purchase Jam you have to pay an outrageous price!”
We managed to recontact Mr. Pora a few days ago in light of the new findings:
“It is ridiculous, I can’t believe that we as a world have allow things to fall into such disrepair. I only hope that future generations will learn from our mistakes”
Mr. Pora then broke into tears and began to list his favourite foods that one day he may have to live without.
The report has yet to be discussed publically by the wider scientific community. However, as for now it seems that jam may be coming to expirey date.
